So Damn Lucky
by Deborah Coonts
Forge, $24.99, 381 pp
Release Date: February 28, 201

This is a continuation of the Lucky O'Toole Mysteries.

Lucky O' Toole is head of Customer relations at a Major Casino/resort. It also involves her in murder as a side effect of her job. This time an invitation to a final magic show in a newly purchased venue involves her in a death, where the body is kidnapped, that has twists and turns involving UFO obsession, Area 51, and Lucky's romantic life as well.

Though not genre despite Area 51, it is a fast-moving novel with great characters, deadly enemies and everything you expect from a Vegas story including humor. Worth the read for an entertaining afternoon. Enjoy. ~~ Pam Allan
